Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you in the form of a refund or exchange! All refunds/exchanges are contingent upon final inspection of the returned product.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start your request for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted!
You will be notified upon receipt and inspection of your return. Upon completion of the inspection, you will be notified if your refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will go back to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make necessary corrections.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as lingerie or undergarments), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Accessories are non-refundable. All sale items are non-refundable.
